Legal charges to be borne by the members .

    This brochure is not as legal part of document but only for easy understanding to custumer .

    Any additional liabilities due to change in the bye laws , government laws will be borne by members .

    Irregular payment cause for cancellation of the booking .

    At the time of cancellation of the booking 10% service charge of the total amount paid shall be levied & balance         payment shall be refunded only after the next available booking .

    All rights are reserved by developers to make any changes in plan , scheme elevation , dimension and other details         there in to completely with statutory regulation shall be binding to all the members .

    All the terms & conditions decided by the developers of the Chitvan Resorts will be applied to the free membership of         the weekend homes .

    Only internal changes shall be allowed with prior permission & advance payment . It shall be charged extra .

    Maintenance advance should be paid separately at the time of possession .
